Shipping  I ship via Fedex or UPS.  All packages will require a signature for delivery.  Please don't ask me to waive this.  If you are not going to be home you can log on to UPS.com or Fedex.com and have it held at a UPS store.  In the unfortunate event they try to deliver 3 times and are not able to do so, the item will be returned to me.  I will NOT cancel the sale and will need to re-ship the item for an additional shipping charge. International Shipping:  I love my international buyers and I use ONLY Ebay's Global shipping.  Please do not ask me to ship outside that service.  I simply cannot make exceptions.

A word about measurements:  All items are measured in inches.  Measuring is not an exact science, some people measure from different areas on the garment. All items are measured while item is flat.  In the case of shoes, I always suggest you know how the designer sizes their shoes.  Every designer is different.  When asked if a ?shoe runs small or true to size? I cannot give an answer.  There is no way to quantify or calculate that.  Shoes are much more difficult to measure as often the insole is much longer than your foot, due to narrowing or pointed toes.
