Shepler's wingtip western boots men's size 10.5 D. These are some unusual boots because there are chinese characters written on the heels. However these boots weren't made in China at all. They were made in the USA by Sheplers. We don't know who put the Chinese letters on them ???. The boots were hardly worn. They seem to show no wear at all so they are practically new. We will send them out by Fedex or UPS.
