Ultimate RARE $3,200 TOM FORD Stunning Black Croc Effect Zip Boots With Gold Accent Buckle, Made In Italy, Impeccable Details – Effortless Style That Goes With Everything, – Size 11 US (10 UK) These phenomenal TOM FORD boots are the ideal and retailed for $3,200 with LA tax. Seeing these over the years styled in various ways on the TF website and other sites showed just how versatile these are in your wardrobe! They are the perfect design that can run from badass moto looks with leather jackets all the way up to sartorial with suits (see photos). Guys, we all know the first thing women look at / judge you by is your shoes. Take the money you’d invest in another watch and invest it on these, trust me, you’ll thank me later! I was lucky to get these from a stylist used in a shoot. TOM FORD made a few versions of these: – plain black leather – plain black leather with gold buckle accent – black croc effect that go for $2,500 – and this ultimate version with both the croc effect and the gold buckle accent. Tom has been featuring these all over his website and recent campaign looks (see extensive photos). David Beckham’s son also wore the second version of these to the recent TOM FORD SS23 show in LA (see GQ photo). Tom has said he loves designing in black because you are forced to the very essence of the piece – the silhouette, the material and most of all, the texture. Texture is what makes these pieces stand out on dates and at night with the lighting, and nothing telegraphs like crocodile (see extensive photos). Tom used to use the real exotic skins, but after he went vegan, developed this “croc effect”. They still retail at a premium, but not anywhere near as insane as the real thing! I love that it’s still understated, but refined. I’m only reluctantly selling as I found a real pair of TF croc boots and I have so many pairs in my collection I just won’t get to this. A favorite design element in these is the slim shaft. It can make it more difficult to step into, but fit like a glove once you do. It solves my main frustration with boots which is if you have your jeans/pants tailored correctly, they often tend to catch on the top of the boots when you sit down, drive, etc. This pair is one of the few that solves that and even my tailored tapered, slim pairs of dress pants don’t have that issue with these! These Tom Ford shoes are the height of luxury. These are an absolute masterpiece commanding attention without screaming. THESE ARE THE ONE BOOT THAT CAN DO EVERYTHING – THEY LOOK EQUALLY STUNNING WITH SUITS, JEANS AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN (see extensive photos). Tom Ford boots are just incredibly sexy – it’s what Tom is famous for! Tom got his degree in architecture from Parsons and notes that his shoes are like architecture – they can stand on their own, you have to get the proportions just right, the balance of the heel to the toe, the slope, etc. A favorite anecdote Tom shared was being a child around age 4 having gotten a new pair of shoes and obsessing about the shape of the toe being “wrong” by a couple millimeters. He said “perfectionism is almost an illness with me”, but it’s why he’s the ultimate designer for me and why I’ve upgraded nearly my entire wardrobe to his line. I’ve been fortunate to have owned and tried most all the elite brands and have decided I want to live in Tom Ford. There’s nothing else like them and I’ve tried just about everything out there. It can seem crazy to invest over $3000 on a pair of boots, but once you own them, you’ll find you can’t live with anything else. Tom’s stunning attention to detail throughout.
